Jednoho mra\u010dn\u00e9ho odpoledne se vydala \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st t\u0159\u00eddy 6.A a t\u0159\u00edda 4.E na cestu nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d Evropou. C\u00edlem byla Fuenlabrada, m\u011bsto nedaleko \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Madridu. I p\u0159es technick\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee i hlubok\u00e9 nevysp\u00e1n\u00ed se n\u00e1m poda\u0159ilo nav\u0161t\u00edvit n\u011bkolik c\u00edl\u016f po cest\u011b: m\u011bsto Cannes na francouzsk\u00e9 rivi\u00e9\u0159e, st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 m\u011bsto Carcassonne, \u010di Lurdy, m\u00edsto \u00fadajn\u00e9ho zjeven\u00ed Panny Marie.<\/p>\n
Po celkem t\u0159ech dnech na cest\u011b jsme kone\u010dn\u011b dorazili do Fuenlabrady, kde n\u00e1m na\u0161i sp\u0159\u00e1telen\u00ed studenti p\u0159edstavili svou \u0161kolu, m\u011bsto, i na\u0161e c\u00edle ve \u0160pan\u011blsku. Na opl\u00e1tku jsme my jim p\u0159edstavili \u010ceskou republiku, na\u0161e m\u011bsto i na\u0161i \u0161kolu. Hned pot\u00e9 jsme se vypravili p\u0159\u00edmo do Madridu, kde jsme byli p\u0159ijati na \u010desk\u00e9 ambas\u00e1d\u011b \u2013 pan Flei\u0161man, diplomat a absolvent Bigy, n\u00e1m p\u0159edstavil svou agendu na velvyslanectv\u00ed a zavzpom\u00ednal na sv\u00e9 studium na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole. Chv\u00edli nato n\u00e1s ji\u017e o\u010dek\u00e1vali na\u0161\u00ed \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161t\u00ed vrstevn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1s provedli historick\u00fdm centrem Madridu.<\/p>\n
V\u00a0pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dnech byl n\u00e1\u0161 program podobn\u011b nabit\u00fd \u2013 nav\u0161t\u00edvili jsme madridskou galerii El Prado, \u010di kr\u00e1lovsk\u00fd pal\u00e1c a p\u0159ilehl\u00e9 zahrady v\u00a0nedalek\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Aranjuez. P\u0159i dlouh\u00e9 cest\u011b zp\u00e1tky dom\u016f jsme tak\u00e9 nav\u0161t\u00edvili italsk\u00e9 m\u011bsto Verona, kde jsme zhl\u00e9dli Juliin balk\u00f3n, spojovan\u00fd se Shakespearovou hrou Romeo a Julie.<\/p>\n
Tato cesta n\u00e1m poskytla skv\u011bl\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky i mnoh\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti; umo\u017enila n\u00e1m zlep\u0161it na\u0161e konverza\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti ve \u0161pan\u011bl\u0161tin\u011b a nav\u00e1zat nov\u00e9 kontakty, i p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 n\u00e1m p\u0159edstavila velk\u00fd kus Evropy a mnoh\u00fdm z\u00a0n\u00e1s zna\u010dn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila obzory do budoucna.<\/p>\n
Srde\u010dn\u011b bychom cht\u011bli pod\u011bkovat t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed na\u0161i cestu zorganizovali a dok\u00e1zali n\u00e1m vytvo\u0159it skv\u011bl\u00fd program i v\u00a0nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme z\u016fstat se sv\u00fdmi nov\u00fdmi kamar\u00e1dy d\u00e1le v\u00a0kontaktu a t\u011b\u0161\u00edme se, \u017ee se s\u00a0nimi op\u011bt n\u011bkdy potk\u00e1me.<\/p>\n

On a cloudy afternoon, class 4.E and the Spanish section of class 6.A set off on a trip across Europe, our destination being Fuenlabrada, a town in the environs of the Spanish capital Madrid. Despite technical issues and a heavy lack of sleep, we managed to visit several places along the way: the city of Cannes on the French Riviera, the medieval city of Carcassonne, as well as Lourdes, the alleged place of apparition of the Virgin Mary.<\/p>\n
After three days on the road, we finally arrived at Fuenlabrada, where our partnered students presented their school, their town, as well as our excursions in Spain. In turn, we introduced them to the Czech Republic, our town, and our school. We left for Madrid later, where we were received at the Czech embassy \u2013 Mr. Flei\u0161man, a diplomat and Bigy alumnus, gave us a rundown of his agenda at the embassy and reminisced about his own studies at our school. Shortly afterwards, we were joined by our Spanish peers, who gave us a tour of the historic city centre of Madrid.<\/p>\n
In later days, our itinerary was similarly packed \u2013 we visited the Prado Gallery in Madrid and the Royal Palace with its surrounding gardens in the nearby town of Aranjuez. On our long journey home, we also visited the Italian town of Verona, where we saw Juliet\u2019s Balcony, linked to Shakespeare\u2019s play Romeo and Juliet.<\/p>\n
The trip provided us with much experience; it allowed us to improve our conversational skills in Spanish and make new contacts, even friendships. It also introduced us to a large part of Europe and broadened future horizons for many of us.<\/p>\n
